Bunny Ears Cactus, aka Opuntia Microdasys or Polka-Dot Cactus, originated in Mexico and is a denizen of arid, desert-like areas. The pads of this cactus can resemble bunny ears and its hair-like spines (glochids) look like fur, which is where it gets its name from. They are not poisonous but watch out for their spines because they easily latch onto your skin or clothes.
