Cebu Blue Ghost, botanically known as Epipremnum pinnatum ‘White Ghost’ or Epipremnum pinnatum ‘Cebu Blue’ Ghost, also known as Variegated Cebu Blue, is a rare and highly sought after collector’s form of the classic Cebu Blue Pothos. It features the same elegant, narrow silvery blue green leaves, but with a striking overlay of mint, cream, and ghostly white variegation. The effect can appear soft and misty or bold and creamy depending on growing conditions, giving each new leaf a unique, ethereal look. Unlike many variegated plants, Cebu Blue Ghost’s “ghosting” is strongly influenced by warmth and high humidity. In hot, humid conditions, especially above 80% humidity, new growth can show its most intense cream white tones. If conditions become cooler, drier, or stressful, new leaves may temporarily emerge greener, but the variegation is considered stable and can return once ideal conditions are restored.
