Philodendron Black Cardinal, aka Blushing Philodendron or Philodendron erubescens ‘Black Cardinal’, has foliage that starts out a beautiful burgundy-red, fading to deep green and then almost black as each leaf fully matures. This self-heading Philodendron grows in a bush form rather than climbing and the oval leaves will become larger and larger over time.
