Delosperma Echinatum, aka Pickle Plant, gets its name from the little gherkin-like look of its leaves. A native of the Eastern Cape of South Africa, this cute little plant usually grows at quite a high altitude, which makes it pretty tolerant of chilly temperatures. In warm months, small yellow flowers might appear among the leaves.
